Katherine McVey was the daugther of Congressman and Mrs. William McVey of the south Cook County suburbs. Katherine is seated next to her Army escort officer. In the top row second from right is Charlotte Marr from Oak Park who served two different noncontinuous terms as president of the Illinois State Society.
